- 1/3 cup of Lowan Rolled Oats
- 1 cup of frozen banana
- 2 teaspoons spirulina powder
- 1 cup of milk (dairy or non dairy)
- banana, sliced (topping)
- chia seeds (topping)
- kiwi fruit, sliced (to decorate)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and pulse to chop fruit, then puree until smooth.
3. Once blended, serve immediatley and add topping and decorating ingredients (optional).
