Green power oat smoothie
- 1/4 cup of Lowan Quick Oats
- 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup of baby spinach leaves, tightly packed
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup of cored and chopped green apple
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of ice
- 1 tablespoon honey
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Cover tightly and blend until smooth.
3. Once blended, pour into a serving cup.
