VEGAN TROPICAL SMOOTHIE BOWL
- 1/3 cup Lowan Quick Oats
- 1 mango
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup of pineapple (cut into peices)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of coconut yoghurt
- pinapple star peices (use a cookie cutter – for topping)
- passionfruit pulp (for topping)
- chia seeds (for topping)
1. Place the Lowan Quick Oats, mango, mashed banana, pineapple peices, coconut milk and coconut yoghurt in a blender.
2. Blend until mixture is smooth and pour in a serving bowl.
3. Place passionfruit pulp, pineapple star peices and chia seeds ontop and you are ready to serve!
